Owen has started doing and saying some really funny things! Here are two of my favorites from last week.
ONE:
One of his favorite things to do, is to pretend he's a cat. He'll crawl and meow and curl up on your lap and ask you to pet him. A little strange, but we're hoping it's just a common phase. Well, the other day we were leaving the gym and as we were walking out, he went up the bench and lifted his leg, then walked a few more steps and lifted his leg again to the fence. I asked him what he was doing and he had a very direct answer: "the kitty cat's peeing" and he continued to pee on things all the way to car!!
TWO:
He was taking a bath and put the wash rag on the edge of the tub and we then had the following conversation:
Owen: Want to have a picnic?
Me: Sure! A picnic sounds great!
Owen: That's a good idea?
Me: That's a great idea.
Owen, looking a little annoyed: Then give me knucks!
And there he is sitting with his little fist extended out, waiting for me to "give him knucks"! It was hysterical. We don't give "knucks" often, (it's like a high five, with your fists, if you don't know) but apparently it's expected when you have a good idea!
Then we had our bathtub picnic!
