A big day at the ball park!

We love the Giants, so today was a big day for the Robins!  It was Nathan's FIRST game AND Owen SANG the National Anthem on the field (with other kids from San Carlos).

That's a BIG DAY!

I waited with Owen and the singers while Matt & Nathan got to go in!  Nathan got a shirt like Owen and carried it around all night long!

Kapernick threw out the first pitch!

Then the singers take the field.  

It was nearly impossible to find Owen out there!  In video below, you can find the tippy top of his head while they sing, but then at around 1:35 you can see him walking off.  LOOK CLOSE and FAST because he's gone before you know it!

It was super cute and thye actually sounded good!

Then we did all the fun stuff in the park!

Father’s Day at Safari West

We surprised Matt with a mini getaway for Father’s Day this year.  There’s a place up North of us called Safari West and it’s exactly that, a safari here in the Bay. Mostly herd type animals, but the boys loved it of course, since they love being outside and they love animals.  It’s a no brainer!  And our hotel had a super fun pool. 

We need to get better at getting Matt in pictures!  It being his weekend and all…..sigh….

Owen’s Magic Show

Owen performed a magic show for his class this morning. Each “learner” presents a PLP or Personalized Learning Program every year.

Listen carefully, he's very nervous and very quiet!

We have been practicing for a week and we had a trial run for our playgroup friends the day before and he was clearly more nervous for his class.  I was so much more nervous! 
He did great though.

Nathan's Soccer!

Nathan is a BIG fan of soccer!  He LOVES his class and Coach Jason.  He's a actually a bit obsessed with him, we play "soccer class" often and he dresses up and acts like Coach Jason. But he works so hard in each class and gets all sweaty and shouts "never give up"!

He's a born goalie!  He LOVES to block.
