Hometown Days 2010

Last year, it was nearly 100 degrees and I was pregnant. This year it was 60 degrees and Nathan is already 7 months. Big changes I tell ya. What's also fun, is we actually FEEL part of the hometown! We ran into friends (Lindsay, Elin and Annabelle) and watched the parade with them and we saw LOTS of friends actually IN the parade and waved and yelled frantically to them as if they were celebrities. I was proud that we went to Hometown Days and for the first time thought "wow, this is OUR hometown"!! Big changes.
And what hometown it is!
With enormous inflatable slides, well ladder really. Owen refused to go down the slide, so he just climbed up and down the ladder part. Much the chagrin of the other kids.
A petty zoo:
Pony rides!
And bounce houses!
Plus a visit with Lou Seal!
Fun, Fun!
