School

I signed Owen up for a pre-preschool class. It's 90 minute, parent/child class that is loosely structured like a preschool day would be like. I'm hoping it helps him learn how to follow directions in a group setting. Today was our second week and although he likes it, we're still working on following directions.

Here's a little picture diary of our class:
9:30-10:00 Free Play- Owen loves the Little People cars and houses! He spends most of the morning here.

He then moved on to floam.

10:00 Circle Time-See all the kids sitting a circle.

This where Owen is during circle time, cruising around, not sitting.
Then it's snack time which didn't get a picture of, but Owen loves it because the give him a juice box and he usually only gets watered down juice. He sits there and downs that juice as fast as he possibly can! I think it's his favorite part of the class.

10:30 Parachute Time-

10:45 Music Time-He does love the instruments. He tries them all out! There's also a little video of the music madness.

11:00 Stickers-Time to say good-bye. Owen's great about saying "Thanks for having us, see you next week." He's so polite!

It's fun! I like the class and I think the structure will be good for him. I think eventually he'll sit in circle time. We'll see!
