Nathan's first sentence & two more milestones!

When I fold laundry, I usually play a little scavenger hunt game with Nathan to keep him occupied: "go find an airplane, a lion, something blue, etc."

Today we had gone a couple rounds and apparently he finally caught on because I said "go find a book" and the kid looks and points at me and says "No mama, you get it!" Well if that's not a complete sentence, I don't know what is!!

Today we say good-bye to two of my favorite baby items: the high chair and the baby gate! There is literally no holding this kid back.

He also is "this close" (see my fingers pinched almost together) to riding a bike, with training wheels of course. If he could reach the pedals, he could ride, he's got about an inch! The best part is he's a big fan of wearing a hat, so he wants to wear the helmet all. the. time. So, he constantly looks like he's waiting for the short bus to pick him up!
